Discovering Me is an 8 week series of workshops that provides those who take part with a toolkit to becoming the very best version of themselves following a traumatic event in their lives.
Discovering Me 8 week programme allows each person to build and utilise their own working toolkit to help deal with the stresses that may occur in everyday life. Our motivational and engaging sessions are designed to make people look at what is going on for them at the moment and using positive psychology turn negative life experience into a positive learning curve.
