  Our Values

To provide the highest standard of care that is both meaningful and authentic.

We approach things in a way that supports healing and repair by creating a safe and equitable environment for everyone.

We are a compassionate and safe organisation. We want people to feel supported, valued and cared at all times.

What you see is what you get, we are all people just like those we are supporting and that matters.

To enable people to reclaim power, choice and control in their lives we provide a supportive space, regardless of who you are, fostering a sense of trust by providing respectful and inclusive spaces.

We aim to inspire people on their recovery journey and support an ethos of understanding and promoting people to explore their authentic selves.

As a lived experience organisation, we are trauma informed and trauma responsive. We understand what it is like to walk in the shoes of others.

 Our Stages of Support

Our mentoring service is delivered by individuals with lived experience who have overcome similar challenges. We provide one-on-one support to help individuals set and achieve personal goals, build self-esteem and develop life skills.

Our professional practitioners provide confidential and non-judgmental support to individuals 18+. Our counsellors have extensive training and experience and offer a block of counselling for a period of 20 weeks.

Our post-traumatic growth programmes are designed to help individuals who have experienced trauma, transform their pain into personal growth. Through a combination of fun, engaging and informative sessions, you will discover who you really are, learn skills to cope with trauma and develop a more positive outlook on life.

Our mentoring training programme offers those who have progressed through our services to take the next step in their journey by training to become mentors who will go on to support others.
