Mentoring

Our mentors are people with whom you can develop a long-term relationship that is centred around building and supporting the survivors growth and development.

Counselling

We offer trauma informed counselling sessions for adults aged 18+. These sessions offer 1 hour of clinical support per week for as long as is deemed to be needed. This will be discussed between the counsellor and the survivor. 

Bridge to recovery

The Bridge to Recovery programme is a peer led activity group designed to welcome and support new survivors as they begin their journey with Thriving Survivors.

  Family Services  

Our family services support a range of themes across children, young people and families.  This service was established late 2023 and intends to support the following areas:

  • Supporting children, young people and families affected by sibling sexual abuse and intra-familial sexual abuse.

  • Providing interventions and supports for children and young people affected by sexual harm and or violence.

  • Providing restorative interventions for children, young people and families affected by sibling sexual abuse.

  • Supporting adult survivors/victims of sibling sexual abuse experienced in childhood.

  • Providing assessments and interventions for children and young people displaying problematic or harmful sexual behaviour

  • Provide training and consultation across a range of sectors both UK and internationally.

Discovering me

The Discovering Me programme is a post traumatic growth programme designed to inspire and empower you. Through a series of fun, engaging and informative training session designed to help you discover who you really are.

Restorative Conversations Service

Restorative conversations and processes occur with survivors and those who perpetrated, as well as with facilitator(s), which seeks to address harm through dialogue between the individuals. The process can also include support networks (i.e. family, friends, social workers and support workers) and community representatives.
